Nascido e criado no “Monte da Bica”, o Gin, tal como o Monte, roubaram o seu nome à “Bica” que ali existe há mais de 70 anos.
É desta “Bica” que vem a água e do “Monte” que vêm alguns dos botânicos utilizados, bem como a inspiração deste inovador e desafiante Gin.
"Bica Gin" is born from a recipe that was refined for more than two years. It was also born from the stubbornness of two young people who have the botanists of the world in their mind and the Alentejo in their hearts.
Born and raised in "Monte da Bica", this Gin, like the hill(Monte), stole its name from the "Bica"(fountain) that has existed there for more than 70 years.
It is from this "Bica" that comes the water and from the "Monte" that comes some of the botanicals used, as well as the inspiration of this innovative and challenging Gin.
